Over the last hour or delegates should have received a copy of their personal meeting agenda for the 1-2-1 meetings at the Partners 4 Life Science 2010 event.

All DELEGATES ARE ASKED TO PRINT OFF THEIR AGENDA AND BRING IT WITH THEM TO THE EVENT. It will save time when they arrive as they will not have to queue up to collect another paper copy.

If a delegate has not received a meeting agenda that may due to them not picking any 1-2-1 meetings or that no one wanted to meet with them. Delegates may also want to check their spam filters and junk mail folders just in case it may have gone astray.

Delegates have been asked to check your agenda to see if they have any meetings requests which have not been able to be timetabled. These will appear at the end of their agenda under the title 'Meetings not scheduled due to no time slots being available'. Delegates must keep an eye out for these delegates during the event. If any delegate needs help finding people during the event that have been asked to go and see Phil and Alan on the CONNECT 1-2-1 desk in the partnering meeting room. No promises but they will do their best to connect you with the people you want to meet.

Don't forget that the 1-2-1 partnering part of the event runs from 12.30 to 2.00 and again from 3.30 to 5.00. Each meeting will last no more than 15 minutes. Deelegates are asked to bring lots of business cards and if delegates have any questions regarding their 1-2-1 meetings please contact Phil Eadon or Alan Chatt on 0191 415 7340 who will do their best to help.
